Sam’s own career path has been one of many great experiences. At age 22 he was providing career guidance to Olympic athletes, he has led teams of over 100 people, trained groups and individuals ranging from trainees to CEOs and, prior to establishing his coaching business in 2006, had gained a wide range of professional experience in Australia and overseas.
Since 2006 Sam has had great success coaching individuals in their careers, helping professionals, executives and business owners to achieve their professional and personal goals, and equipping them with the tools and skills for long-term success.
Sam brings energy, enthusiasm and a practical, action focused approach to his work. He has enormous belief in others and his greatest strength is his ability to help people to get the best out of themselves with the resources that already exist within them.
Sam is an active member of the International Coach Federation, has a Cert IV in Coaching (ICF Accredited), NLP Practitioner Certification, training and certification in a number of career development training programs and a BA in Sports Studies. Sam is a consultant and trainer in the areas of goal setting and time management and enjoys consulting to Small Business Victoria, working in group settings with SMEs to help them to improve business performance and efficiency.
